12/7/2014 at 3:30PM   Stephen Kinzer in Falmouth
Guest speaker Stephen Kinzer of Truro.  The event in the Hermann Room at the Falmouth Library, 300 Main Street, Falmouth.  Stephen Kinzer is an award-winning foreign correspondent who has covered more than 50 countries during the Cold War and whose articles and eight books have led the Washington Post to place him "among the best in popular foreign policy storytelling.


12/14/2014 from 2:00-6:00PM   Westborough Dems Holiday Party at the home of Kate Donaghue & Kim Simpson.   Kate emails the Democratic Dispatch to subscribers every week (it's free and is one of the best newsletters out there). 

A special note, Kate writes: "Democrats have a chance to flip a seat from red to blue right in my home District. The seat held by Karyn Polito [Lt. Governor-elect] for many years will soon be vacated. Jason Palitsch, a School Committee member from Shrewsbury, in addition to being a friend and colleague on the DSC, is running.
